Mommy and Me Time
This is a FREE once a month class hosted by Sacred Hearts at Breath Birth and Wellness. This class is meant to provide moms with an opportunity to consult with a certified speech language pathologist and feeding therapist, a certified lactation consultant, and other certified guests, but also form a community of likeminded moms! Bring your child/children or come for some solo mom time and meet other mom's and community support.
