Sacred Hearts Therapy is a private pediatric speech and feeding therapy clinic that is serving the Tulsa and surrounding areas. Speech impairments and feeding disorders often go unrecognized and there are families that go underserved. Sacred Hearts Therapy wants to help identify and provide access to quality speech and feeding services for your child. The best part about our services is that we come to you. Services can be held in your home, your child’s school, and even the park! We believe the family is at the heart of successful therapy, therefore we prioritize working alongside you and your child to develop their speech, language, and feeding abilities.

Liesl is a licensed speech-language pathologist and qualified pediatric feeding therapist.

Liesl was raised in Tulsa and attended The University of Tulsa. Liesl received her Master of Science in Communication Disorders with a focus on early intervention. She worked in various clinical environments before starting her own practice. She provided speech therapy in public schools, skilled nursing facilities, and pediatric outpatient clinics.

Liesl developed her passion for Speech Language Pathology after having her daughter. Her experience with sign language opened her heart to helping young people communicate, and the impact it has on the life of a child and their family.

During Graduate School, Liesl worked with early childhood language, pediatric feeding and swallowing, autism, and visual communications. She has worked with Pediatric Speech Therapy serving individuals twelve months to eighteen years old. Most recently, she has pursued training to be a qualified Pediatric Feeding Therapist through the Feed the Peds Program and is in the process to become a licensed Lactation Consultant. In serving children from birth to five years of age, Sacred Hearts Therapy provides additional resources to families to assist them in helping their child thrive developmentally.

Sacred Hearts Therapy was founded upon her love for her faith and helping families and children. Her hope for Sacred Hearts Therapy is to help the family as a whole, one child at a time.
